Oliver Reed found fame in the 1970's, infamy later in life and died while filming the Ridley Scott film Gladiator.
He was born in Wimbledon in south East London and always called it home. He created an infamous pub crawl in the 1960's called The Wimbledon Eight and many famous people came along with him, like Steve McQueen and Keith Moon.
But was he a notorius boozer, or was he just aware of his own p.r? We see similar traits with Dylan Thomas. So we've recreated the Wimbledon Eight (now Six pubs - the others have gone) with six stories, six films and six questions about the legendary actor. And YOU finally get to decide... Oliver Reed. Lush or legend!
The tour is the last Thursday of every month and starts at 7.30pm in Wimbledon. Details with booking.
